Eileen Sullivan, Founder and Managing Partner
Eileen is a senior manager and veteran entrepreneur who brings over twenty years of experience in business and marketing, with extensive experience in the international marketplace. A veteran of five start-ups, two successful turn-arounds and several mergers and acquisitions, her background includes Officer, VP and director level positions at companies in all stages of growth.
With deep expertise in business and marketing strategy, targeted tactical marketing and maximizing marketing effectiveness and ROI on limited budgets, Eileen has helped companies launch operations from the ground up, grow from zero to $50 million in under 4 years, achieve 70% to 100% annual growth, expand into international markets, become recognized leaders in crowded market segments and land spots on the prestigious Inc. 500 annual list.
She has helped companies get investor ready, raise a total of more than $40 million in funding, execute successful private placement offerings and prepare for IPO. Eileen has managed investor relations for a $100 million multi-national company, and played integral roles in mergers and acquisitions on both sides of the deal, including managing due diligence and sensitive internal and external communications.
Eileen is a former Board member of the American Marketing Association, and has also served on the Boards of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Women Executives and Entrepreneurs. An accomplished public speaker, she has been a guest lecturer at California State University/Los Angeles graduate school of business program in their Entrepreneurship Institute and a guest speaker at the UCLA Anderson School of Management Business Entrepreneurship Conferences. Awards include the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil and the Bell Ringer Award for Excellence in Communications.

René has over twenty years experience in sales and international business. His career includes senior level positions in sales, corporate management, business development, distribution channels and strategic alliances for a variety of software and technology products and services companies.
René's areas of expertise include systematically moving prospects through the sales cycle to close business and driving companies' expansion into global markets. He possesses a thorough understanding of the psychology and techniques of B2B consultative sales, as well as the latest marketing strategies and how they relate to today's sales processes.
René has helped launch start-ups, opened and grown territories, built sales teams from scratch and coached them to excellence, sold into and managed major accounts, and implemented lucrative distributorships and strategic business alliances.
René holds an MBA and is able to conduct business in several European languages
